Picked, not tested. Everything here is something I would buy, chosen on specs, makers and reputation rather than hands-on reviews. Some links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; it never decides what makes the list. How we pick
A great Star Wars gaming room is not a room full of logos. It is a great gaming setup first, with a few pieces that tell people exactly who lives there. Here is how I would build one, step by step, using picks from our Star Wars, Gaming Gear and Desk & Room pages.
Prices were checked on October 10, 2026. Mix and match: every step works on its own.
1. Start with the screen
Everything else is built around it. The 45-inch LG OLED is the Executor of monitors: an ultrawide that fills your view. If the desk is smaller, the 32-inch ASUS OLED gives the same deep blacks for space scenes.
LG UltraGear 45″ OLED (45GX950A)
ASUS ROG Strix 32″ 4K OLED (XG32UCWG)
2. The captain’s chair
You will sit in it for hours, so this is where to spend. The Embody Gaming is Herman Miller’s top gaming chair; the Vantum is the same idea at half the price.

3. Light it like a starship
Lighting does more for the mood than any poster. A sync box makes the room glow with whatever is on screen: red for a Sith duel, blue for hyperspace. Hexagon panels on the wall finish the cockpit look.

Nanoleaf Shapes Hexagons Starter Kit
4. The pieces that say Star Wars
This is where the fandom goes, and less is more. One striking wall piece, one controller stand on the desk, one figure and one big LEGO ship on the shelf.
Darth Vader metal poster
Epic: something a fan would actually hang on their wall.
Darth Vader controller & phone stand
Not just a collectible: it works in a gaming room.
IG-11 (Nevarro Marshal) 6″ figure
Collector's items for a lot of nerds: display them or keep them in the box.
Millennium Falcon (75192)
5. Gear up
A pro controller with back paddles and a headset that makes blaster fire sound right.
SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless
6. Load the games
The three Star Wars games worth the shelf space: the RPG fans still argue about, the best Battlefront and the Jedi story that holds its own.
Knights of the Old Republic
Battlefront II: Celebration Edition
